E Commerce Marketplace Executive

Job Title: eBay Marketplace Executive
Location: On-site
Salary: 40,000 – 50,000 (based on experience)

About the Role
We are looking for an eBay Marketplace Executive who understands how to manage and grow an eBay store professionally. This is not a data-entry job. You must understand listings, optimization, customer handling, and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, item specifics, keywords)
• Manage pricing, variations, and inventory
• Handle customer messages and resolve issues quickly
• Process orders and coordinate with shipping team
• Monitor account health, defects, late shipments, and feedback
• Run promotions and analyze performance reports
• Improve sales through proper SEO and marketplace strategies

Requirements:

• Prior experience managing an eBay seller account
• Strong written English communication
• Understanding of eBay policies and performance standards
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Problem-solving mindset

Preferred (but not mandatory):

• Experience with international shipping
• Experience in handmade or premium product categories
• Knowledge of SEO tools for marketplaces
