Our focus is on building a clean, scalable product catalogue and a high-converting Shopify store that supports long-term growth.
About the Role
This is a hands-on ecommerce execution role, responsible for managing the product catalogue, merchandising logic, and on-site experience on Shopify.
You will ensure that:
- The right products are live
- End-of-life products are removed promptly
- Offers and homepage collections are accurate
- Product pages clearly present alternatives, upgrades, and bundles
- You will work closely with the Ecommerce & Growth Manager, who defines what to push and why — this role executes and maintains the system.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Catalogue Management (Shopify)
- Add, update, and remove products on Shopify
- Manage end-of-life (EOL) products and discontinued SKUs
- Maintain accurate product data: pricing, availability, specs, and images
- Ensure consistent product naming, tagging, and categorization
Merchandising & On-Site Experience
- Manage homepage collections and featured deals
- Create and maintain “pairs with”, alternatives, and upgrade suggestions
- Support bundle creation and promotional offers
- Ensure product pages guide customers to the right choices
Gaming PC Catalogue Support
- Maintain Gaming PC product pages (specs, configurations, options)
- Update pricing, availability, and messaging in line with component changes
- Ensure Gaming PC pages clearly explain compatibility and upgrade paths
AI-Assisted Content & Product Information
Use AI tools to draft:
- Product FAQs
- Compatibility explanations
- Comparison tables
- Alternative and upgrade descriptions
- Maintain structured product information that supports AI search and discovery
- Ensure content is accurate, clear, and customer-focused
- (Strategic content direction is provided by the Growth Manager.)
SEO & Data Hygiene (Execution-level)
- Maintain basic on-page SEO hygiene:
*Titles
*Meta descriptions
*URL structures
- Ensure strong internal linking between related products
- Maintain clean product taxonomy and collections
Cross-Platform Support
- Support listing updates for Gaming PCs on Amazon and eBay
- Ensure consistency of core product information across platforms
- Flag discrepancies or issues to the Growth Manager
Reporting & Coordination
- Track catalogue changes and merchandising updates
- Share weekly updates with the Growth Manager
- Surface product issues, gaps, or opportunities proactively
What This Role Is NOT
- Running Amazon Ads
- Managing platform violations or claims
- Writing blogs or social media posts
- Owning growth strategy or revenue targets
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have
- 2+ years experience in ecommerce or catalogue management
- Hands-on experience with Shopify product management
- Strong attention to detail and process discipline
- Comfort working with large product catalogues
- Good written English
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with electronics, IT products, or technical SKUs
- Familiarity with bundles, cross-sells, and upsells
- Experience using AI tools for content assistance
- Basic understanding of SEO best practices
- Exposure to Amazon or eBay listings
