E-Commerce Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer communication across all touchpoints (Meta platforms, WhatsApp, Email, Website chat).
• Manage order confirmations through calls, chats, and emails.
• Process customer orders including CN booking and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with MTW fulfilment team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
• Address and resolve customer queries, complaints, and after-sales issues promptly and professionally.
• Track and follow up on shipments, ensuring customers are updated proactively.
• Maintain customer satisfaction standards and contribute to improved service quality.
• Support the e-commerce team in day-to-day operations where required.
• Social Media story creation, broadcast messages.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Experience:

• E-Commerce: 5 years (Required)
