E-commerce Officer

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Officer with strong hands-on expertise in managing and scaling online marketplace operations, particularly on Amazon, Flipkart, and similar platforms. The ideal candidate should preferably have exposure to the herbs, spices, or FMCG/natural products segment.

Experience

4–5 years of relevant experience in E-commerce operations

Proven experience in product listing, catalog management, and marketplace optimization

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end management of product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces

Creating and optimizing product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, A+ content)

Managing pricing, offers, promotions, and discount structures

Coordinating with internal teams for inventory planning and order fulfillment

Monitoring sales performance, conversion rates, and marketplace KPIs

Handling marketplace compliance, policy adherence, and issue resolution

Managing returns, customer feedback, and ratings to improve brand visibility

Driving growth through marketplace ads and promotional tools

Preferred Industry Background

Herbs, spices, ayurvedic, natural products, or FMCG industry experience will be an added advantage

Education

Any Graduate

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub

Understanding of SEO for marketplace listings

Analytical mindset with good Excel/reporting skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
