About Us

At VPLAK, we are a fast-growing consumer electronics and solutions company with a strong presence in online and offline markets. We are expanding our E-Commerce Operations Team to manage day-to-day activities, ensure smooth order processing, and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, company website, etc.).
• Handle product listings, pricing updates, stock management, and promotions.
• Monitor order processing, dispatches, returns, and cancellations to ensure smooth flow.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and share insights with management.
• Ensure product catalog accuracy, images, and content alignment with platform requirements.
• Analyze competitor activities and assist in improving marketplace performance.
• Support digital marketing & sales team in executing campaigns.

Requirements

• Graduate in Business/Commerce/Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel & reporting.
• Familiarity with e-commerce portals, vendor dashboards, and operational workflows.
• Good problem-solving, multitasking, and coordination skills.
