E-Commerce Operations Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage and support our online business operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in product listing, order processing, customer coordination, and online marketplace management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily e-commerce operations and online store activities

Upload and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images

Coordinate order processing, invoicing, and shipment tracking

Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse team

Handle customer inquiries through email, WhatsApp, and online platforms

Manage online marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, Shopify, or WooCommerce

Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions and campaigns

Track sales performance and prepare reports

Ensure smooth payment gateway and website operations

Maintain product data accuracy and website updates

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations

Knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or Noon seller platforms

Basic understanding of digital marketing and online sales

Good communication and coordination skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and work independently

Proficiency in MS Office and Excel

Preferred Skills

Experience in SEO, Ads Management (Meta & Google), Shopify, and AI image generation is mandatory.

Experience in furniture, interior, or retail industry

Knowledge of Canva or basic product image editing

Familiarity with online customer support handling

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
