E-commerce Operations Executive (Marketplace & Accounts – UAE)

We are seeking an E-commerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day marketplace operations across platforms including Amazon, Noon, and InstaShop. The role includes product management, order processing, inventory tracking, and basic financial reconciliation.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management

• Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Noon, Instashop, and other UAE platforms
• Upload and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords)
• Monitor product performance, pricing, and competition
• Handle promotions, discounts, and campaign setup

Order & Operations Handling

• Process and track orders across all platforms
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for order fulfillment
• Handle returns, cancellations, and customer issues
• Ensure SLAs are met (delivery time, order accuracy, etc.)

Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels across all marketplaces
• Update inventory and avoid stock-outs or overselling
• Coordinate restocking and forecasting

Accounts & Reconciliation

• Track sales, commissions, and payouts from each platform
• Perform basic reconciliation of marketplace statements
• Maintain records of invoices, expenses, and profit margins
• Coordinate with accountant for reporting and VAT

Reporting

• Prepare weekly/monthly sales and performance reports
• Analyze best-selling products and low-performing SKUs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in UAE e-commerce marketplace operations
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab, Instashop Vendor Portal
• Basic accounting knowledge (profit/loss, reconciliation, VAT basics)
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Understanding of product listing SEO and marketplace algorithms
• Ability to multitask across platforms without losing accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED1.00 per month
