Job Overview

Sunday Bazar is looking for a highly organized and performance-driven E-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee and manage all operational departments of the business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring departmental performance, identifying operational gaps, implementing effective solutions, and ensuring smooth and efficient e-commerce operations.
This role requires close coordination with all teams and direct reporting to the CEOs, playing a key role in improving efficiency and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and monitor performance of all departments including Customer Service, Product Listing, Inventory, Marketing, Designing, and Operations
  • Set, monitor, and evaluate KPIs for each department
  • Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and performance issues, and propose practical and actionable solutions
  • Collect daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports from department heads and team leads
  • Prepare and present consolidated operational and performance reports to the CEOs
  • Ensure smooth end-to-end e-commerce operations including order processing, dispatch, returns, and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory control and stock movement, with special focus on thrift footwear products
  • Analyze e-commerce performance metrics such as orders, delays, cancellations, conversions, and customer feedback
  • Coordinate with marketing and listing teams to improve product visibility and sales performance
  • Develop, implement, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Ensure team productivity, accountability, and continuous operational improvement

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–4+ years of experience in E-Commerce Operations or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce workflows, inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer lifecycle
  • Experience in footwear, fashion, or thrift-based e-commerce will be an added advantage
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, and inter-department coordination abilities
  • Ability to work closely with top management / CEOs
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and reporting tools
