About the Role
You will own the end-to-end online order journey for GCC e-commerce operations — from the moment an order lands in the system to the moment it reaches the customer's door.
What You Will Do

Monitor and manage all incoming orders from the web site for the GCC region through the ERP system (Nebim V3)

Coordinate daily with our 3PL warehouse partner for order fulfilment — picking, packing, and dispatch

Manage last-mile delivery operations and track shipments to completion

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and exchanges professionally and promptly

Ensure accurate stock availability is reflected online by monitoring inventory levels and flagging discrepancies

Prepare daily and weekly operational reports using Excel — orders, shipments, returns, and open issues

Liaise with the brand's global e-commerce and customer service teams

Identify process improvements to enhance order accuracy, delivery speed, and customer satisfaction
What We Are Looking For

2–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, order management, or online retail — preferably in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting)

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a strong plus

Experience with ERP/OMS systems; familiarity with Nebim or SAP is an advantage

Comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders — warehouse, courier, brand HQ, customers

Customer-first mindset with the ability to resolve issues calmly and efficiently
