We’re now looking for a data-driven yet creatively minded E-commerce & Performance Marketing Manager to lead Siyate’s growth across online channels — scaling both visibility and conversions in a way that mirrors the brand’s sophistication.

Role Overview

As Siyate’s digital growth driver, you will be responsible for performance marketing, e-commerce optimization, and analytics — ensuring that every click and impression translates into measurable business growth.
You’ll blend creative intuition with analytical precision, running campaigns that not only sell, but also reflect Siyate’s refined aesthetic and storytelling-led approach.

This is a hands-on executional role, not an agency management role — ideal for someone who thrives on results, optimization, and experimentation in the luxury beauty space.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
  • Develop full-funnel growth strategies (awareness, acquisition, retargeting, and loyalty).
  • Analyze and improve key metrics — ROAS, CTR, CAC, and conversion rates.
  • Manage and scale monthly ad budgets effectively, reallocating spend based on performance.
  • Test new audiences, creatives, and channels to continually improve campaign ROI.
  • Apply AI-driven tools and analytics dashboards to enhance targeting, segmentation, and optimization.

E-commerce Management

  • Oversee Siyate’s Shopify (or equivalent) website performance, ensuring seamless UX/UI.
  • Optimize CRO (conversion rate optimization) and checkout experience across devices.
  • Plan and implement seasonal promotions, product bundles, and gift sets in coordination with sales and marketing.
  • Maintain accurate product listings, creative assets, and performance tagging (Meta Pixel, GA4, GTM, Klaviyo).
  • Integrate and manage email and SMS automations to drive retention and repeat sales.

Analytics & Insights

  • Create detailed weekly and monthly performance reports across all channels.
  • Provide actionable insights on campaign effectiveness, audience trends, and creative performance.
  • Work closely with the Creative/Marketing Comms team to translate data learnings into impactful content decisions.

Sales & Growth KPIs

  • Achieve ROAS > 4x across paid media channels.
  • Deliver month-on-month e-commerce revenue growth.
  • Reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC) while increasing average order value (AOV).
  • Grow repeat customer rate through optimized email/SMS marketing.
  • Maintain conversion rates above industry benchmarks for niche beauty/luxury.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven success managing ad budgets exceeding AED 25,000/month.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce funnels, CRO, and analytics platforms.
  • Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio.
  • Analytical mindset — comfortable interpreting data and pivoting strategy accordingly.
  • Creative thinker — able to collaborate with brand and content teams to align visuals and messaging with performance.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, founder-led environments.

Eligibility (May not be for you if):

You have never directly executed campaigns (this is not a coordination role).
You do not have experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
You have no track record of improving ROAS or reducing CAC through optimization.
You rely on agencies or third parties for execution — this role requires direct platform handling.

Salary Range (UAE Market Benchmark)

AED 8,000 – 12,000/month
Performance-based bonus tied to sales and ad ROI targets.
