Our client is seeking energetic and detail-oriented E-commerce Pickers to support their expanding online order fulfillment operations. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

As a Picker, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are selected, prepared, and dispatched accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products according to online order requirements
• Verify product quality, quantity, and SKU accuracy before processing
• Coordinate with packing and dispatch teams to maintain smooth order flow
• Report out-of-stock items or discrepancies to supervisors promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within assigned work areas
• Operate handheld devices or order management systems where applicable

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Matriculation (Intermediate preferred)
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in retail, warehouse, or e-commerce operations
• Basic understanding of product codes and order slips
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and during peak seasons
• Physically fit and able to stand/move throughout the shift
