<Responsibilities>
- Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Manage daily social media management using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor interactions, and analyze engagement metrics.
- Create high-quality visual content including graphics, photography, and videos using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to showcase products effectively.
- Optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms through keyword research, SEO best practices, and compelling descriptions to improve search rankings and sales conversions.
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback, enabling proactive engagement and reputation management.
- Implement targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to reach specific audiences, increase traffic, and drive sales.
- Use Google Analytics and web analytics tools to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance; generate reports for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives, content creation strategies, and public relations efforts to strengthen brand identity.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency before publication to maintain professional standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure product launches are supported with effective digital marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media management, e-commerce strategies, and industry best practices.
<Requirements>
- Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing roles with a focus on e-commerce products.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics including Google Analytics.
- Ability to create engaging visual content through photography or video editing; familiarity with video editing software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for proofreading and detail-oriented content review.
- Experience managing Facebook Advertising campaigns or other paid social media advertising platforms.
