What You’ll Do (The "Moving Tracks" Part)

  • Shopify Management & UX: Lead the end-to-end management of our Shopify store. You’ll build out new sections, optimize navigation, and ensure the site is fast, functional, and visually compelling.
  • Lead Funnel Optimization: Our sales team thrives on quality leads. You will be responsible for optimizing our lead generation forms and funnels to ensure a steady flow of inquiries.
  • Product Launches: Spearhead the digital side of new product launches—building product pages, designing layouts, and integrating marketing assets onto the homepage.
  • Monthly Sales Planning: Plan monthly/bi-monthly sales themes. You’ll translate these into site banners, pop-ups, announcement bars, and email-ready concepts. Update pricing and stocking,
  • Content & Creative: Use Canva and other tools to optimize product photos and create performance-driven visual assets that resonate with our rural clientele.
  • Continuous Testing: Schedule and run A/B tests on UI, copy, and form-fill rates. You believe that "perfect" is the enemy of "done," but you use data to get us closer to perfect every day.
  • SEO Optimization: Optimize site wide with SEO best practices and ensure we’re showing up in AI based searches

(We do have a website developer on staff who will help with implementation for the more difficult/ complicated coding. But you should be able to fly around in shopify making basic sections or using a section builder as a support app).

  • You like building website “tools” to help customers narrow down buying decisions: we have an on staff software developer who will help with the actual building of the tool, but the marketing team comes up with the “why” for the tool and figure out how we can use it as educational, a funnel etc.
