Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday – Friday), Pick & Drop is available

About the Role:

We are looking for a female E-commerce Project Manager to oversee and manage our e-commerce operations and projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, leadership qualities, and experience in handling e-commerce platforms. This role requires someone who can lead cross-functional teams, ensure timely project delivery, and drive growth in our online business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and oversee e-commerce projects from initiation to execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, IT, logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor website performance, sales trends, and customer experience.
• Manage product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
• Develop and present progress reports to senior management.
• Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
• 2–4 years of experience in project management, preferably in e-commerce.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or others).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
