Job Overview

We are hiring a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Project Manager to manage client accounts, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of eCommerce operations. This role is ideal for individuals who can handle multiple responsibilities, communicate effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple eCommerce projects and client accounts
• Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams
• Ensure timely execution of tasks and project deliverables
• Coordinate with operations, sales, and creative teams
• Maintain clear communication and provide regular updates to clients
• Identify issues and ensure quick resolution to maintain workflow

Requirements

• Well-organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and client priorities efficiently
• Minimum 1 year of Amazon/eCommerce experience preferred
• Freshers are highly encouraged to apply
• Strong coordination skills with both clients and internal teams
