Role Overview
Sterling Perfume Industries LLC is a leading manufacturer and distributor of perfumes, skin care, and hair care products across regional and international markets. We are seeking a high-caliber E-commerce Project Manager (Growth & Operations) to take full ownership of our e-commerce growth strategy and operational excellence.
This is a strategic leadership role with direct impact on revenue, profitability, digital expansion, and brand positioning. The selected candidate will be responsible for scaling the e-commerce business significantly through performance marketing, operational optimization, and customer experience enhancement.
You will have the authority, resources, and autonomy to build, restructure, and optimize the team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities1. Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Hire, manage, and develop a team of 5–10 specialists across digital marketing, operations, and customer service.
- Full authority to restructure, replace, and optimize team members.
- Set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and ensure accountability.
- Build a performance-driven, data-oriented team culture.
2. Strategic Growth & Revenue Scaling
- Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap to scale e-commerce revenue.
- Identify new growth channels (marketplaces, B2B digital, influencer collaborations, international expansion).
- Optimize conversion rate (CRO), average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Launch performance-driven campaigns aligned with seasonal fragrance launches and promotional calendars.
3. Digital Marketing & Agency Oversight
- Lead and manage external digital marketing and paid media agencies.
- Hold agencies accountable for:
- ROAS targets
- CAC benchmarks
- Lead quality
- Creative performance
- Oversee Meta, Google, TikTok, and marketplace advertising strategies.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning across digital channels.
4. P&L Ownership & Financial Management
- Full ownership of the e-commerce P&L.
- Monitor margins, ad spend efficiency, logistics costs, and inventory turnover.
- Forecast revenue and expenses with monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Drive profitability alongside aggressive growth targets.
5. Website & E-commerce Operations
- Oversee website performance, UX/UI, CRO, and product merchandising.
- Ensure stock availability and proper inventory planning.
- Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Reduce return rates and improve delivery timelines.
6. Customer Experience & Retention
- Implement CRM strategies, email marketing flows, and loyalty programs.
- Improve NPS and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Drive repeat purchase strategies and subscription models (where applicable).
Compensation & Incentives
- Competitive fixed salary based on experience and expertise.
- Performance-based incentives linked to revenue growth, profitability, ROAS targets, and overall e-commerce KPIs.
- Incentives will be structured around achieving agreed annual revenue milestones and margin targets.
- Additional performance bonuses may be awarded for exceptional operational efficiency and business expansion achievements.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
