The E-Commerce Sales Executive will be responsible for driving online sales performance, managing key e-commerce accounts, and executing digital trade strategies to maximize brand visibility and revenue growth across online platforms. This role requires strong commercial acumen, data-driven decision-making, and experience in managing FMCG or dairy products in online retail environments.


  • Manage and grow sales through major e-commerce platforms
  • Develop and execute online sales strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Monitor daily sales performance, stock levels, pricing, and promotions across all online channels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, IT) to ensure smooth operations, timely order fulfillment, and promotional alignment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with online retailers, marketplace managers, and digital partners.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure product listings, descriptions, and digital content are optimized for visibility and conversion.
  • Plan and execute e-commerce campaigns, bundles, and online exclusive offers to increase traffic and sales.
  • Track ROI of marketing and trade spend across online channels and prepare monthly sales reports.
  • Support the introduction of new products and ensure proper digital activation on all online platforms.
