E-Commerce Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Sales Executive with extensive experience in managing online sales platforms and a strong background in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) to join our team.

You will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to increase visibility and revenue across various online marketplaces. This includes maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and implementing best practices to improve product ranking and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency with e-commerce tools and platforms, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Your contribution will directly support the company's growth by enhancing operational efficiency, improving customer satisfaction, and expanding our reach within the competitive FMCG and fresh produce market.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings, descriptions, images, and prices across various e-commerce platforms (such as Talabat, Noon, Amazon, Careem, Deliveroo, etc).
• Monitor daily online orders, ensure timely processing, and coordinate with the logistics and dispatch teams.
• Maintain inventory levels online and synchronize with warehouse stock.
• Analyze online sales performance and prepare regular reports.
• Handle customer queries and feedback received through online channels.
• Assist in promotional campaigns, offers, and digital marketing activities.
• Ensure all listings comply with company branding and product quality standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate product information and availability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the fruits, vegetables, or FMCG sector.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, Excel, and online portals).
• Knowledge of online marketplaces and inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
