Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday – Friday), Pick & Drop is available
Position Type: Full-Time | Onsite

About the Role:

We are seeking a female E-commerce Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to build their career in e-commerce sales. The ideal candidate will have fluent English communication skills and the confidence to engage with customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound sales queries across e-commerce platforms.
• Communicate with customers via calls, emails, and chat with professionalism.
• Assist customers with product details, order placements, and after-sales support.
• Build strong customer relationships to drive sales and retention.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to meet sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare performance reports.
