Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Sales Operations Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online presence to drive sales and enhance customer engagement. You will leverage your expertise in digital marketing, SEO, and analytics to create compelling content and execute effective marketing strategies across various platforms.
Duties
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and improve customer experience.
- Utilize SEO tools for keyword research and optimization to enhance website visibility.
- Conduct conversion optimization efforts to maximize sales funnel efficiency.
- Create engaging content for product descriptions, blogs, and social media channels.
- Oversee retail and wholesale marketing campaigns, ensuring they are targeted and effective.
- Collaborate with graphic design teams to produce high-quality visuals.
- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance customer engagement.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve strategies.
- Work with retailers to make sure inventory levels and product is available.
- Coordinate with warehouse to make sure product is shipped.
Experience
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles.
- Experience with B2B marketing strategies is a plus.
- Previous experience using ShipStation and Shopify
- Knowledge of CRM tool, specifically Salesforce
