Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday – Friday) | Pick & Drop Facility Available
Position Type: Full-Time | Onsite

About the Position:

We’re looking for a dynamic and confident female E-commerce Sales Representative to become part of our expanding team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about e-commerce and want to kickstart their career in online sales. The candidate must possess strong English communication skills and the ability to engage customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing sales inquiries across multiple e-commerce platforms.
• Interact with customers through calls, emails, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
• Guide customers regarding product details, order processes, and after-sales support.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations departments to help achieve sales objectives.
• Keep organized records of sales activities and assist in preparing performance reports.
