We’re looking for a dynamic Sales E-Commerce Specialist to join Paymob’s fast-growing e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new online merchants, managing a strong sales pipeline, and closing deals that contribute to Paymob’s growth.

You will work closely with merchants to understand their business needs, introduce them to Paymob’s solutions, and support them through the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and onboard new e-commerce merchants to Paymob.
  • Generate high-quality leads through online research, outreach, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and solution presentations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiating → closing.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with merchants.
  • Maintain an updated pipeline on CRM and report progress regularly.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with onboarding, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless merchant activation.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and merchant needs in the e-commerce ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account acquisition.
  • Strong experience in lead generation and prospecting.
  • Previous exposure to e-commerce, digital solutions, SaaS, fintech, or marketing agencies is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented mindset with strong closing abilities.
  • Ability to understand merchant needs and position Paymob’s products effectively.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
