Business Performance Specialist

About The Job

The Performance Management Specialist supports benchmarking activities, maintains performance tracking tools, and assists in monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs). This role suits a detail-oriented professional who contributes to operational efficiency through data collection, reporting, and coordination

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

Benchmarking

• Assist in collecting benchmarking data to compare performance against industry standards.

• Organize and summarize findings to support improvement initiatives.

• Stay informed on industry trends to support team recommendations.

Performance Matrices

• Maintain performance tracking tools (financial and non-financial).

• Compile and organize performance data for reporting purposes.

• Support the preparation of periodic performance summaries.

Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

• Help document and update SLAs with internal and external stakeholders.

• Track SLA performance and escalating issues as needed.

• Share SLA-related updates with relevant teams.

Operational Level Agreements (OLAs)

• Support the documentation and maintenance of OLAs.

• Monitor OLA performance and assist in identifying gaps.

• Coordinate with teams to ensure OLAs align with SLA targets.

Required skills and qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

 2-3 years of experience in performance tracking or operational support roles.

 Good analytical and organizational skills.

 Clear and professional communication abilities.

 Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is a plus.

Skills and Competencies:

 Accuracy and attention to detail.

 Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.

 Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

 Professional communication in Arabic and English.

Additional Requirements:

 May require occasional visits to MNT Halan Companies/Branches.

 Experience in fast-paced environments is preferred.
