We are currently looking for a meticulous and analytical Amazon FBA Specialist to join our team in Rawalpindi.

Working Conditions:

• Shift Timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Night Shift)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Location: Bahria Town, Phase 8, Rawalpindi (On-site)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced e-Commerce Sales Specialist to manage our product sourcing, vendor relations, and inventory planning. Fresh graduates, seeking to start their career in s-Commerce are encouraged to apply. You will be the key link between our vendors and our internal teams, ensuring our FBA strategy remains competitive and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source products through authorized distributors and vendors to expand our catalog.
• Maintain up-to-date pricing and cost data, ensuring all activities meet profitability targets.
• Analyze sales velocity, market competition, and inventory levels to determine optimal products for FBA enrollment.
• Track incoming shipments diligently and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor product and vendor performance; negotiate pricing and inventory allocation based on current market conditions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate catalog updates and effective inventory planning.
• Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and records with a high degree of accuracy.
• Communicate regularly with vendors regarding stock availability, backorders, and upcoming promotions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Analytical Skills: Comfortable analyzing pricing structures, Amazon fees, profit margins, and competitor activity.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook is required.
• Education: Minimum Bachelors
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
