This role ensures the success, growth, and optimization of a digital commerce platforms by driving product strategy, execution, and continuous improvement. It connects cross-functional teams — business, technology, operations, and marketing — to deliver seamless customer and partner experiences while achieving commercial and operational goals.
- Product Strategy & Roadmap – Define and prioritize product initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Execution & Delivery – Lead agile squads and oversee full product lifecycles from ideation to launch.
- Analytics & Business Insights – Use data and KPIs to inform product priorities and performance improvements.

Requirements
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering (preferred).
- 3–5 years of proven experience in product management, ideally within digital commerce, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms.
- Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, operations, and design).
Technical & Professional Skills

Strong understanding of e-commerce ecosystems, customer funnels, and digital operations.
- Proficiency in product lifecycle management, roadmap planning, and release management.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate data and KPIs into actionable insights.
- Intermediate understanding of platform architecture, integrations, and technical dependencies.
- Excellent command of English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools, project management software, or A/B testing platforms (e.g., Jira, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
