E-Commerce Sales Specialist

Toys Brand Trading Co., a company specialized in the wholesale of toys and nursery products, is seeking to hire an E-Commerce Sales Specialist to manage and develop the company’s online sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate e-commerce platforms (e.g., Salla, Zid, Amazon, Noon, Trendyol, etc.).
• Upload products and continuously update pricing, inventory, and promotions.
• Monitor orders and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Respond to customer inquiries via the website and social media channels.
• Manage and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports.
• Drive sales growth and achieve monthly targets.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of proven experience in e-commerce sales or online store management.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
• Ability to manage and optimize multi-platform presence across B2B and B2C channels.
