E-Commerce Specialist

Job Description


Sales Optimization:

Develop and implement effective strategies to increase online sales and improve conversion rates.

Monitor and optimize the sales funnel, ensuring a smooth customer journey from discovery to purchase.

Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities across digital platforms.

Platform Management:

Manage and update the company website and partner platforms, ensuring accurate product listings and pricing.

Oversee and manage the company’s stores on Noon, Amazon, and Jumia, with a solid understanding of their operations and processes.

Propose seasonal promotions and ensure the effective execution of discount campaigns to boost sales.

Performance Monitoring:

Analyze e-commerce sales data and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and address performance gaps.

Prepare and update sales reports regularly, providing actionable insights and recommendations to management.

Product Management & Merchandising:

Optimize product placement and categorization to enhance visibility and attractiveness.

Ensure high-quality visuals and compelling product descriptions to drive purchasing decisions.

Customer Engagement:

Monitor customer behavior and feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve retention.

Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve issues and turn challenges into positive experiences.


Job Requirements


Proven experience (1–2 years) in e-commerce with a strong focus on driving sales performance.

Hands-on experience managing marketplace and retail operations on Noon, Amazon, and Jumia, with strong knowledge of their processes.

Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and sales analytics tools.

Results-driven mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Previous experience in the perfume or luxury goods industry is a plus.
