Job Description:

As an Experienced Wholesale Sales Specialist at MOKHU, you will play a crucial role in managing our wholesale operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes, and contributing to our vision of reshaping the e-commerce landscape. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

- Brand and Product Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis to assess the potential of new brands and products in the marketplace.

- Order Management: Oversee the end-to-end order management process, including inventory monitoring, order processing, and fulfillment.

- Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, resolving issues, negotiating terms, and ensuring reliable supply chains.

- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any challenges or issues related to product quality, delivery, or inventory management.

- Communication: Effectively communicate with suppliers, team members, and other stakeholders in English, demonstrating excellent communication skills.

- Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions, optimize operations, and drive business growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- Have enough knowledge about Amazon wholesale.

- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

- A passion for e-commerce and a willingness to stay updated on industry trends.

- Strong learning behavior, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
