E-commerce Specialist

With a growing footprint in both retail and online sales, we’re seeking an experienced E-Commerce Specialist to help us expand our digital reach and accelerate growth across third-party platforms such as Amazon, eBay, GunBroker, and others.

Position Overview:

The E-Commerce Specialist will manage and grow our online retail presence by optimizing listings, analyzing sales data, maintaining product catalogs, and driving traffic and conversions across all digital channels. This role requires a strategic thinker who is hands-on with day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow third-party marketplace accounts (Amazon, eBay, GunBroker, etc.) and our internal online store.
• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, photos, and inventory.
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns, advertising, and pricing strategies to increase online visibility and sales.
• Monitor analytics and generate performance reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate product availability and fulfillment efficiency.
• Research competitive products, trends, and pricing to keep listings competitive.
• Manage online reviews and customer inquiries to ensure a professional, customer-focused experience.
• Implement SEO best practices and assist with website content updates when needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing e-commerce sales on platforms like Amazon, eBay, GunBroker, Shopify, or similar.
• Strong understanding of online merchandising, SEO, and digital advertising.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with product feed management tools.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience in the outdoor, sporting goods, or firearms industry is a plus.
