Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and e-commerce, with a focus on driving online sales and enhancing the customer experience. This role requires a blend of technical skills and creative thinking to optimize our online presence and increase conversion rates.
Duties
- Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to drive traffic and sales.
- Utilize SEO tools for keyword research and optimization to improve search engine rankings.
- Optimize website content for conversion through A/B testing and performance marketing techniques.
- Manage social media marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook Advertising.
- Create engaging content for product descriptions, blog posts, and email marketing campaigns.
- Analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing assets using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop.
- Maintain and update the e-commerce website using WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as needed.
- Implement marketing automation strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Conduct regular audits of the website's user experience to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles.
- Proficiency in SEO techniques, SEM, Google Ads, Google AdWords, and conversion optimization strategies.
- Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS) and B2B marketing principles.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and social media management tools.
- Experience with performance marketing metrics and analytics to drive data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of graphic design principles with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Pay: $29.00 - $38.00 per hour
