E-commerce Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist (JL4) to ensure our digital storefront is accurate, optimized, and easy to navigate. This role carries direct responsibility for SEO execution to improve discoverability and drive qualified traffic to Eravant.com. You’ll also support product photography and light image editing to keep our online presence sharp and consistent.

The ideal candidate is equal parts catalog caretaker, SEO optimizer, and visual detailer. You thrive on keeping our digital shelves stocked and accurate while ensuring the right products are available and discoverable. You’re excited to collaborate with marketing, operations, and procurement to keep our online presence sharp and effective.

Responsibilities

E-commerce Operations

• Maintain and update product listings, including SKUs, specs, pricing, and product images.
• o Organize and optimize categories, filters, and site navigation to improve user experience.
• o Work closely with procurement and operations to ensure accurate stock levels and product availability are reflected online.
• o Coordinate digital promotions, product launches, and merchandising campaigns.

SEO (Required)

• Optimize all product pages, categories, and content for organic search.
• Conduct keyword research tailored to technical and industry-specific terms.
• Monitor performance through Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
• Develop SEO-driven recommendations to support blogs, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.

Product Photography & Visuals

• Assist with product photography following Eravant’s established process.
• Perform basic photo editing and optimization for web (Photoshop or similar software a plus).
• Ensure images meet quality standards and support both usability and SEO.

Marketing Support

• Partner with the Marketing Manager to align storefront updates with campaigns and events.
• Provide reporting on site metrics including traffic, conversions, and keyword rankings.
• Support email, social, and paid campaigns by ensuring pages are optimized for conversion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce management with proven SEO results.
• Strong working knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Experience with e-commerce or ERP-integrated platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or NetSuite preferred).
• Familiarity with product photography workflows; Photoshop or equivalent editing skills a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail with technical product data.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Compensation

The compensation for this position is $64,480 – $85,280 per year. Eravant also offers an annual potential bonus and a rich benefits package that includes:
