E-commerce Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and e-commerce strategies, with a focus on driving traffic, optimizing conversion rates, and enhancing the overall online shopping experience. This role requires proficiency in various digital marketing tools and platforms, as well as a creative mindset to develop engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities

• Experience in processing e-commerce shipping and returns, effectively communicate with warehouse staffs on processing online orders
• Maintain the e-commerce website using Shopify, ensuring all content is up-to-date and aligned with marketing goals.
• Create compelling content for product descriptions, blog posts, and email marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop.
• Assist online customer service for product inquires via online chat and phone calls

Requirements

• Proven experience in e-commerce operation roles.
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Familiarity with social media management tools and email marketing platforms.
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content that drives conversions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
