E-Commerce Specialist supports the execution of online sales activities and contributes to the growth of ASBIS e-commerce business across the region’s omni-channel retailers, specialized e-tailers, and marketplaces. The role assists with day-to-day operations, product listings, content updates, and performance monitoring to ensure smooth and effective online sales execution.


Responsibilities:

  • Support the regional eCommerce growth strategy across multiple online retailers
  • Drive sell-in and sell-through strategies to ensure consistent revenue and inventory turnover
  • Ensure brand compliance, content accuracy, and premium product positioning across platforms
  • Daily upload accurately of raw data daily, clean, update in system and analyze with stakeholders in sales and supply chain
  • Collect and Analyze marketplace dynamics across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman based on collected data
  • Monitoring pricing trends, competitor activities, and platform policies to stay ahead of the competition
  • Analyze and optimize GMV, ASP, traffic, conversion rates, and return rates
  • Track and manage sell-in, sellout, WOS, OOS, ageing inventory, and provide necessary analysis and drive markets with action plans to achieve targets
  • Implement and monitor promotions, and proactively plan marketing placements for maximum exposure
  • Work with marketing teams to optimize content, SEO, and paid media campaigns
  • Plan and execute platform-specific promotional campaigns (11.11, White Friday, Ramadan, Back-to-School, etc.)
  • Align with partners on exclusive product launches, bundles, and deals to boost sales
  • Work closely with digital marketing teams for sponsored ads, DSP campaigns, and performance marketing
  • Work closely with logistics & operations teams to improve delivery speeds and reduce returns


About you:

  • 2+ years of experience managing eCommerce business in multiple regions
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce dynamics, Omni-Channel retail, and online sales strategies
  • Analytical mindset with excellence in data science and analysis, forecasting, and comfortable working in environments where fact-based solutions are prioritised
  • Capable of accepting challenges and always open to learn and implement in short time frame of 48 hours
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a hands-on approach in team of bias opinions
  • Strong knowledge of eCommerce KPIs, pricing strategies, and performance marketing
  • Support team members and contribute to team consolidated results as one
  • Experience in the IT & gaming industry is a strong plus
