E-Commerce Specialist

Power Fix is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to manage our online store and digital service offerings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for updating products and services, improving customer experience online, and supporting digital sales growth, especially for maintenance packages, home automation products, and branded tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Add and update service listings (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, home automation) with accurate descriptions, pricing, and visuals
• List and manage branded maintenance tools and products in the online store
• Coordinate online service bookings and respond to customer inquiries
• Monitor inventory for tools and equipment sold online
• Set up and manage discounts, seasonal promotions, and service packages
• Ensure the online store is always updated, mobile-friendly, and optimized
• Collaborate with the IT engineer, marketing team, and operations staff
• Track and report on website traffic, online sales, and customer feedback
• Suggest improvements for layout, design, or service presentation.

Qualifications:

• Experience in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar)
• Knowledge of online sales, digital customer service, and basic SEO
• Familiarity with maintenance, tools, or home services is an advantage
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Basic design or photo editing skills are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
