Job Description – Ecommerce Executive

Role Overview

We are hiring an Ecommerce Executive to manage daily online store operations, product listings, digital merchandising, and order coordination. The role involves optimising product visibility, improving customer experience, and supporting online sales performance. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working across ecommerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Ecommerce Operations

• Manage product uploads, descriptions, pricing, and inventory updates.
• Ensure accurate categorisation, images, and content quality for all listings.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant teams for replenishment.
• Process online orders and ensure smooth fulfilment.

Website & Marketplace Management

• Maintain and update content across ecommerce platforms.
• Track performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and product performance.
• Coordinate promotional activities, discount updates, and campaign execution.

Customer Experience & Support

• Address customer inquiries and escalate issues when needed.
• Monitor customer feedback to enhance store performance.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
• Analyse data to suggest improvements for growth and optimisation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field.

Experience

• 3 years of experience in ecommerce operations or online sales.
• Experience with major ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or marketplaces).

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in ecommerce dashboards and CMS tools.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with analytics tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital merchandising.

Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Working Conditions

Working Hours: 8–9 hours per day
Working Days: 5 days per week (Alternate half day Saturday)
Location Type: Office-based

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
