About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven, and highly organised E-Commerce Specialist to own and grow our online presence across major marketplaces in the UAE. If you know the food category inside out and have hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon, Talabat, Noon, Deliveroo, Careem, and other online retailers — this role is for you.
You will be responsible for end-to-end marketplace management: listings, content optimisation, pricing, promotions, inventory coordination, analytics, and building strong relationships with platform account managers.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management
- Manage and optimise product listings across Amazon, Noon, Talabat, Careem, Deliveroo, and other partners.
- Ensure all listings follow platform guidelines: images, titles, keywords, descriptions, USPs, variations, compliance, and pricing.
- Execute A/B tests across creatives, titles, and descriptions to drive higher CTR and conversions.
Sales & Performance Growth
- Monitor daily sales performance, traffic, conversions, and category trends.
- Develop and implement growth strategies to increase sales, ranking, and customer acquisition.
- Set up and optimise Amazon Sponsored Ads (PPC) and platform promotions.
Content & Brand Consistency
- Work closely with the marketing team to maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Ensure product pages are visually appealing, accurate, and updated with the newest creatives.
- Coordinate with designers for high-impact listing visuals and A+ content.
Inventory & Operations
- Coordinate with warehouse/supply chain teams to ensure proper stock levels across all marketplaces.
- Monitor inventory, out-of-stock risks, and replenishment cycles.
- Manage price updates, promo cycles, discount setups, and seasonal events.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyse traffic, conversion rates, customer reviews, and competitor activity.
- Use insights to recommend actions to improve visibility, sales, and profitability.
Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with account managers from Amazon, Noon, and Talabat for campaign opportunities, events, and platform support.
- Coordinate with internal teams — marketing, operations, finance, and sales — to ensure seamless execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of experience in E-Commerce, preferably in the FMCG or Food & Beverage category.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab, Talabat Vendor dashboards, and similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of marketplace SEO, paid ads (Amazon PPC), and promotional mechanics.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and marketplace analytics.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms, deadlines, and fast-paced launches.
