E-Commerce Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our eBay and Shopify stores. This is a remote, work-from-home position with a fixed shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The ideal candidate will have experience handling product listings, order processing, inventory management, customer support, and store optimization across both platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of eBay and Shopify stores.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, pricing, images).
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed.
• Handle order processing, shipping updates, and fulfillment tasks.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain store policies and ensure compliance with platform rules.
• Track sales performance and prepare basic reports.
• Troubleshoot listing or store-related issues.
• Assist in planning promotions, deals, and marketing activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing eBay and/or Shopify stores.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of product SEO and listing optimization.
• Familiarity with order fulfillment tools, shipping carriers, and e-commerce apps is a plus.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace.

Work Schedule:

• Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Location: Remote / Work from Home
