E-commerce Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Merchandiser to manage product listings, improve the online shopping experience, and support overall sales growth across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and analytics, with strong coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage new product uploads, categories, and landing pages.
• Maintain and organize the product catalog, including Product Listing Page (PLP) sequencing.
• Highlight key products and merchandising stories to enhance customer engagement.
• Analyze product performance and placement using analytics tools to maximize daily sales.
• Monitor stock updates, SKU swaps, and other daily trading activities.
• Ensure complete accuracy and quality of product content—including pricing, descriptions, attributes, images, and stock levels.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and customer service teams to improve product content and user experience.
• Coordinate with the Product team to identify seasonal trends and key merchandising opportunities.
• Implement cross-selling and upselling strategies to boost revenue.
• Optimize the on-site search experience for better product visibility.
• Execute promotional plans and assist in coordinating marketing campaigns across platforms.
• Update various components of the e-commerce journey to maintain a consistent brand message during promotions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce merchandising (preferred).
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online analytics.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency with common e-commerce tools and systems.

Additional Information:

Candidates must be able to commute to Rawalpindi or be willing to relocate before joining.
