ATG Entertainment is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to support the launch and continued growth of us.atgtickets.com, our first branded ticketing platform in North America.

This role sits at the center of a newly launched digital platform supporting more than 21 venues. As the site continues to scale, processes and workflows are evolving. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive individual who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and contributing to the development of scalable processes. The E-Commerce Coordinator will play a hands-on role in site execution, digital merchandising, campaign support, and content accuracy. This position directly impacts customer experience, revenue performance, and marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website Content Management
  • Manage and update show, venue, and promotional content across 21+ venues
  • Ensure content is accurate, compliant, on brand, and published on schedule
  • Conduct quality assurance before and after launches

Show Launch and Digital Merchandising

  • Execute weekly show launches, presales, and on-sales
  • Apply merchandising best practices to support conversion and visibility
  • Align site prioritization with commercial objectives

Tracking and Performance Support

  • Support implementation and QA of campaign tracking pixels
  • Partner with analytics teams to ensure data accuracy
  • Proactively identify and escalate tracking inconsistencies

SEO and Optimization

  • Implement on-page SEO best practices including metadata and content structure
  • Support initiatives to improve organic visibility and site performance

Process and Operational Support

  • Contribute to refining workflows as the platform grows
  • Document best practices to support consistency and scalability
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement

Qualifications Required

  • 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or content management
  • Experience working within a CMS or ticketing or e-commerce platform
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Working knowledge of SEO and copywriting fundamentals
  • Basic understanding of web tracking and campaign attribution
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred
  • Experience in live entertainment, theatre, or ticketing
  • Familiarity with GA4 or Google Tag Manager Experience supporting website launches or migrations.
