Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated E-commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our online store. This is a key role where you will handle all aspects of our e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and update the company website (built on WordPress)
- Upload and optimize product listings (descriptions, images, pricing)
- Manage daily orders, customer inquiries, and after-sales support
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Run paid ads and optimize performance (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Improve SEO to increase organic traffic and sales
- Analyze website and campaign performance and provide insights
- Coordinate with delivery/shipping partners
- Create basic marketing content (posts, offers, captions)

Requirements:

- Proven experience in e-commerce and digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of WordPress and WooCommerce
- Experience with social media marketing and paid advertising
- Good understanding of SEO and analytics tools
- Ability to handle multiple tasks independently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Based in Bahrain

- Experience in the beauty/cosmetics industry
- Basic design skills (e.g., Canva or similar tools)
