Marketing Manager | F&B / QSR

We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager with strong experience in Food & Beverage / Restaurants / QSR to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and sales performance.This role is key to positioning our brand in a competitive market, managing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand presence across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
-Plan and manage campaigns, promotions, and seasonal activations
-Oversee social media, digital marketing, and content creation
-Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities
-Coordinate with operations to align marketing initiatives with store execution
-Manage brand identity and ensure consistency across all platforms
-Work closely with agencies, designers, and internal teams
-Track campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights

Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–6 years of -experience in marketing within F&B, Restaurants, or QSR
-Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and brand management
-Experience in multi-branch or multi-brand marketing is highly preferred
-Proven track record in executing successful campaigns and promotions
-Strong analytical and communication skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
-Proficiency in marketing tools and MS Office
-Currently based in Bahrain or any of GCC Markets
- Valid driving license
-Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage
