E-Commerce Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven E-Commerce Specialist with strong experience in managing online marketplace platforms, primarily Amazon UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing product listings, sales performance, advertising campaigns, inventory coordination, and overall marketplace growth across Amazon and other UAE-based e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Management

  • Manage and maintain the company’s Amazon Seller and Vendor account.
  • Create, upload, and optimize product listings including titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and images.
  • Monitor product rankings, visibility, and sales performance.
  • Handle category listings, variations, pricing updates, and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and marketplace standards.

Advertising & Promotions

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns.
  • Monitor advertising budgets, ROAS, ACOS, and campaign performance.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, deals, and seasonal campaigns to maximize sales.

Inventory & Order Coordination

  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams regarding stock availability and replenishment.
  • Monitor inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
  • Ensure smooth order processing and timely fulfillment.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track marketplace KPIs including sales, conversion rates, traffic, and customer feedback.
  • Generate periodic sales and performance reports for management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve online sales and marketplace presence.

Customer & Marketplace Coordination

  • Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and account health issues professionally.
  • Coordinate with marketplace support teams when required.
  • Maintain high seller ratings and customer satisfaction levels.

Other Marketplace Platforms

  • Manage and support listings on Noon, or other UAE e-commerce platforms as required.
  • Ensure consistency of branding, pricing, and product information across all platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Amazon marketplace management in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Amazon PPC.
  • Experience with other UAE marketplaces such as Noon is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team as and when required and meet sales targets and deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of SEO for e-commerce listings.
  • Experience with content coordination.
  • Understanding of UAE online consumer trends and marketplace operations.
