NetSuite eCommerce Specialist

Job Summary

  • Manage and maintain our SuiteCommerce webstore: catalog, listings, and site updates
  • Manage omnichannel operations across our marketplaces — Amazon, Zoro, Home Depot Pro, and more — listings, pricing, orders, and inventory from one NetSuite source of truth
  • Keep inventory synced between NetSuite and external marketplaces through our NetScore connectors so stock stays accurate and we never oversell
  • Build, maintain, and optimize shipping templates, shipping items, and carrier rates (UPS/FedEx/USPS) in NetSuite
  • Troubleshoot sync issues between NetSuite, SuiteCommerce, and NetScore-connected channels and fix them fast
  • Identify ways to reduce shipping costs and fulfillment errors, and report on results

  • Omnichannel marketplace experience required — hands-on experience selling on Amazon, Zoro, Home Depot Pro, or similar B2B/industrial marketplaces with centralized inventory
  • 2+ years hands-on NetSuite administration (inventory and order management)
  • Experience with marketplace integration connectors — NetScore strongly preferred (Celigo/Folio3 or similar considered)
  • Experience configuring shipping templates, shipping items, and carrier integrations in NetSuite
  • Strong troubleshooting skills — you can trace a data sync problem to its source
  • Detail-oriented with inventory accuracy; comfortable working independently

  • Saved searches, CSV imports, and basic NetSuite scripting/workflows
  • Experience in wholesale/distribution or electrical supply
