We are rapidly expanding our e-commerce presence and seeking a results-driven specialist to take ownership of our Amazon channel and help scale our digital business.
Primary Focus
We are looking for a highly motivated E-commerce Specialist with deep Amazon expertise to own and grow our marketplace sales. This individual will be responsible for managing Amazon Seller Central, optimizing product listings, analyzing performance, executing marketing strategies, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and thrives on accountability and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Amazon Channel Ownership: Manage all aspects of Amazon Seller Central including listings, promotions, inventory management, pricing strategies, and brand presence.
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to consistently increase traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Listing Optimization: Enhance product detail pages with SEO-driven titles, keywords, A+ content, images, and enhanced brand content.
- Advertising & Promotions: Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns and promotional activities to maximize ROI.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs including sales, ranking, advertising spend, and conversion rates; deliver actionable insights to leadership.
- Customer Engagement: Monitor reviews, respond to inquiries, and ensure an excellent customer experience on Amazon.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align inventory, promotions, and brand messaging.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of marketplace trends, competitor strategies, and Amazon policy updates to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
- 2–4 years of direct Amazon Seller Central experience (Vendor Central a plus).
- Proven track record of growing sales and managing successful Amazon PPC campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization for e-commerce.
- Advanced Excel skills; ability to analyze and interpret data into actionable strategies.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Self-starter with a proactive, ownership mindset and passion for driving measurable results.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Experience with Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, or other e-commerce platforms a plus.
