Job Overview
We’re looking for a Junior E-Commerce Coordinator to join our team and help run our Shopify site. This role is a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of e-commerce while making a direct impact on how customers experience our brand online. You’ll support everything from product launches to promotions, while gaining exposure to conversion rate optimization, digital marketing, and site performance.

What You'll Do

• Upload and QA new products, variants, and collections (descriptions, images, sizing).
• Prepare short monthly reports with key metrics (conversion rate, AOV, bounce rate, sales trends).
• Support implementation of “growth features” (e.g., subscription flow, post-purchase upsells).
• Assist with quarterly audits of site experience (PDP layout, checkout flow)
• Research and recommend Shopify apps or features that could improve the shopping experience.
• Update homepage and collection pages with campaigns and promotions.
• Test the checkout flow and make sure discount codes/promos are live and working.
• Monitor site performance (links, speed, mobile display) and flag issues.
• Support the marketing team by implementing campaign assets (homepage banners, landing pages, promo pages).
• Build/update simple bundles, upsells, and cross-sell features
• Check GA4 + Meta Pixel tracking for accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with Shopify (through school, internships, or previous work).
• Proficiency in SEO, conversion optimization, and performance marketing techniques.
• Comfort with e-commerce basics: product uploads, site updates, and using apps.
• Curiosity about conversion rate optimization, site performance, and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like GA4 or Meta Pixel (a plus, but not required).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects effectively.
• Must be based in Los Angeles

Languages: English + Korean speaking preferred

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
