Greater Washington Endodontics is a patient-focused specialty dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional endodontic care. We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help grow our presence in the community while building strong relationships with referring dental offices.
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute marketing plans to increase patient referrals and brand awareness.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns, including social media, email, print, and in-office promotions.
- Create and distribute marketing materials tailored to referring dental offices and patients.
Referral Outreach
- Establish and nurture relationships with local dental offices to drive referrals.
- Organize and attend lunch-and-learns, community events, and networking opportunities to promote the practice.
- Track referral trends and ensure consistent communication with referral sources.
Digital Marketing
- Manage the practice’s online presence, including website updates, SEO, and online reviews.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) to connect with patients and dental professionals.
- Monitor and analyze digital campaigns’ performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
Patient Communication & Brand Building
- Ensure the office reflects a welcoming, professional image through consistent branding.
- Collaborate with the team to implement programs that enhance the patient experience and encourage word-of-mouth referrals.
- Manage office promotional giveaways and branded materials.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor marketing metrics, including referral numbers, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports to the management team on marketing activities and results.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing, and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or dental fields. (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred not required).

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
