Focus: Amazon & Google Shopping Growth

We’re looking for a hands-on e-commerce specialist to drive traffic, visibility, and sales across Amazon and Google Shopping. This role is ideal for someone who understands how products perform online and knows how to optimize, promote, and scale them strategically.

This is a part-time position with a clear focus on revenue growth, product visibility, and performance optimization.

Primary Focus

  • Driving qualified traffic and increasing sales through Amazon and Google Shopping
  • Improving product visibility, conversion, and return on ad spend (ROAS)

Core ResponsibilitiesAmazon & Google Growth

  • Manage and optimize Amazon product listings, including SEO, titles, descriptions, keywords, and imagery
  • Oversee Google Shopping product feeds, visibility, and performance
  • Coordinate paid and organic product promotion strategies
  • Ensure listings are optimized for both search visibility and conversion

Product Promotion & Performance

  • Manage or oversee Amazon Ads and Google Shopping campaigns
  • Monitor ROAS, conversion rates, and product-level performance
  • Identify opportunities for new product launches, featured collections, and seasonal promotions
  • Recommend pricing, promotional, and merchandising strategies based on performance data

Data & Reporting

  • Track sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics across platforms
  • Provide concise performance summaries with actionable insights
  • Identify underperforming listings and recommend optimization strategies

Cross-Team Coordination

  • Work closely with the SEO/web developer on product pages, feeds, and schema
  • Coordinate with marketing on campaigns, promotions, and launches
  • Ensure brand consistency across all sales channels

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central and Google Shopping
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce SEO and paid product promotion
  • Experience optimizing product listings for performance and conversion
  • Comfortable working with analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Organized, proactive, and results-driven

Time Commitment

  • Estimated Time: 8–12* hours per week
  • Primary Focus: Revenue growth, visibility, and sales performance

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $24.57 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kirkland, WA 98033
