We are looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our Shopify-based online store. This role is critical in driving our digital presence, improving customer experience, and increasing online sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update the online store, including product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in product information, images, and inventory levels.
- Monitor and optimize the user experience (UX) across desktop and mobile platforms.
- Analyze website performance and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and Meta Pixel.
- Implement SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotions and campaigns across all channels.
- Manage integrations with third-party apps and payment gateways.
- Track and report on KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance.
- Continuously test and optimize the website for better user engagement and sales growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Shopify e-commerce stores.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with SEO, digital marketing campaigns, and social media ads is a plus.
- Familiarity with UX/UI best practices for e-commerce.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
