About Us:

We are a well-established brick-and-mortar business looking to expand our e-commerce platform and strengthen our online presence. We need a skilled marketer to build and manage our website and social media channels to drive online traffic, engagement, and sales.

This role is Hybrid-Remote.

Your Role:

• Build and maintain a modern, mobile-friendly eCommerce website (Shopify, Wix, WordPress, or custom platform).
• Optimize the website for online sales and seamless user experience.
• Create, manage, and grow our social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
• Develop and execute content strategies tailored to our brand and target audience.
• Implement SEO best practices to boost online visibility.
• Track and analyze marketing performance, suggesting improvements to increase online sales.
• Collaborate remotely with the team to align online marketing efforts with business goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience building and managing eCommerce websites.
• Proven social media marketing skills, especially in retail or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong creative skills for engaging digital content creation.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Basic photography/video editing skills are a plus.

Compensation:

• This is a commission-based position linked to online sales and marketing results.
