We're hiring a E-commerce Specialist (TikTok Shop Focus) to help manage and grow TikTok Shop storefronts and creator-driven affiliate campaigns for our portfolio of fast-scaling eCommerce brands.
This is a role that combines TikTok Shop operations, Shopify coordination, and influencer/affiliate campaign management. It's ideal for someone who's TikTok-native, organized, and passionate about UGC, creators, and content that drives real sales.
We're prioritizing candidates with hands-on experience in TikTok Shop or affiliate campaigns, but we're also open to strong candidates from related areas like Shopify operations, UGC management, or creator marketing who are ready to jump in and grow.
Launch and manage TikTok Shop storefronts: product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory
Optimize listings for discoverability, SEO, and conversion
Stay on top of TikTok Shop trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
Support sourcing, onboarding, and managing TikTok creators and affiliates
Coordinate product education and content guidelines with creators
Track performance using UTM links, affiliate dashboards, and platform analytics
Collaborate with creators to launch native TikTok content (UGC, reviews, promo videos)
Support product launches, promotional pushes, and TikTok Live events
Help maintain content calendars aligned with campaign goals
Monitor campaign KPIs: sales, CVR, AOV, ROAS, GMV, and creator performance
Share actionable insights and optimizations regularly
Identify top-performing content formats, creators, and promotional strategies
Assist with backend product uploads, tagging, and data syncing
Ensure consistency between Shopify and TikTok Shop storefronts
1+ year of experience in any of the following:
TikTok Shop, affiliate/creator marketing, or UGC campaigns
Shopify backend management or eCommerce operations
Familiar with tools like TikTok Shop Seller Center, Shopify, TikTok Creator Marketplace, or affiliate platforms
Deep understanding of TikTok trends, UGC, and social commerce best practices
Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent at managing multiple moving parts
Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across global time zones
Experience with TikTok Ads or boosting creator content
Light UGC production or video editing skills
Familiarity with TikTok Live campaigns or seasonal promotional pushes
